{"id":2309,"date":"2025-07-15T14:02:20","date_gmt":"2025-07-15T14:02:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dema-automation.com\/brennstoffzellen-und-elektrolyseure\/"},"modified":"2025-09-15T07:03:42","modified_gmt":"2025-09-15T07:03:42","slug":"brennstoffzellen-und-elektrolyseure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dema-automation.com\/de\/brennstoffzellen-und-elektrolyseure\/","title":{"rendered":"Brennstoffzellen und Elektrolyseure"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In unserem Forschungs- und Entwicklungsweg engagieren wir uns f\u00fcr das Thema <strong>Brennstoffzellen und Elektrolyseure<\/strong>, Schl\u00fcsselger\u00e4te der Wasserstofftechnologie, die f\u00fcr die Energiewende unverzichtbar sind.<br\/>Es handelt sich um Sektoren, die sich noch in einer industriellen Evolutionsphase befinden, in denen die Standardisierung der Produktionsprozesse noch lange nicht gefestigt ist \u2013 und in denen die Automatisierung beginnt, eine entscheidende Rolle zu spielen.<\/p>\n\n<p>So ist beispielsweise der <strong>Stapelprozess<\/strong> von Brennstoffzellen und Elektrolyseuren ein technisch hochkomplexer Schritt, bei dem die Anforderungen an Pr\u00e4zision, Sanftheit, Wiederholgenauigkeit und Geschwindigkeit kombiniert werden.<br\/>Die Kompetenzen, die DEMA in komplexen und hochvariablen Produktionskontexten erworben hat, stellen eine solide Basis dar, um in Zusammenarbeit mit Industriepartnern ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Automatisierungsl\u00f6sungen zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n<p>Insbesondere bieten wir automatisierungsbezogene L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kontrolliertes Stapeln von Zellen, Membranen und Platten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ausrichten, Zentrieren und Verdichten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Integration von Inline-Funktions- und Qualit\u00e4tskontrollen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Mit einem modularen, flexiblen und zuverl\u00e4ssigkeitsorientierten Ansatz <strong>unterst\u00fctzen wir unsere Kunden dabei, noch manuelle Schritte in automatisierte, wiederholbare und skalierbare Prozesse zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren<\/strong>.
